Here we can't blame governmental clumsiness for an unrealistic depiction, as with the previous stamp, but rather a puppet-maker's unfamiliarity with bagpipes. This is a portrayal of one of many figures and other objects from a musum assemblege called the "Puppet Town." The puppet's instrument is a bagpipe, but follows no particular form and features a grossly out of scale chanter. |
