This pretty stamp depicts a miniature painting. The piper is in the background, to the viewer's right of the seated woman. He is playing a sterotypical early European bagpipe of a sort often seen in paintings and sculpture. Though tiny, the bagpipe seems to closely follow correct form and is being played in a realistic fashion. |
